With 25 years of experience in solution selling, designing and delivering training offerings worldwide for Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, New Hire and Management Personnel, Cindi has a passion for helping others understand the value of customer relationships in tandem with the ability to articulate solution value.

Cindi has an innate ability of engaging participants in the learning process and setting up an exciting learning environment. Her enthusiasm, facilitation skill and ability to take complex ideas and concepts and present them in a simple and concrete way have energized over 3000 internal and partner sales, sales engineering, and telesales personnel throughout the world.
